**** Post-event notice! ****
Wow, what a crazy weekend! On behalf of the other Shauns I would like to thank everyone who came along to make the event a success- both our visitors as well as exhibitors and volunteers.
All of us were very pleased with the turnout - almost 3000 people came through in the end, and despite getting off to a bit of a rocky start on the Friday night we were able to pull everything together and turn the weekend into something special. As this was our first time organising an event of this proportion we have learned a lot over the last few days, and have a lot to build on to make next year even bigger and better!
We hope everyone had a lot of fun, and look forward to seeing you all back next year!

A number of e-mail enquiries have been received over the weekend and in the days following. Some of these have already been addressed, however if we have not yet responded please be patient as all the organisers will be meeting this week to discuss everything. We will be in touch shortly afterwards.
Exhibitors and Traders for 2009
If anyone is looking at either exhibiting or operating a trade stand in 2009 that was not doing so for 2008, please contact us via info@tasscifi.com. We are looking at increasing the number of tables that will be present, so some space will be available. We recommend that you contact us asap, as space will be limited.
Heroes 4 Kids, The 501st and the Gaming Club
Throughout the event we fielded a number of enquiries regarding joining up with Heroes 4 Kids, The 501st and the Gaming Club, should anyone have any enquiries regarding these groups please contact us via info@tasscifi.com and we will pass on your enquiry. We will be setting up dedicated sections of this site for these various organisations in the future.
Trade items still available
A number of persons asked about items on the trade stalls throughout the event that wished to purchase at a later time. If anyone is looking to follow up on this please contact us at info@tasscifi.com and we will follow up with the appropriate party.
